Board Meetings
Identity’s Board meets the 4th Tuesday of each month. Board meetings are open to the public.
To join, please email us to receive the Zoom meeting link.
Committees
Members of the public also may join Identity committees. You do not need to be a board member to sit on these committees.
Board committees include governance, development, and finance. Email us to join and learn more.
Joining the Board
Volunteer board members play an important role in governing the organization.
If the position of director becomes vacant, a new director may be elected to fill the vacated seat by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
To be considered for Identity’s board of directors, please download and fill out this form and email it to admin@identityinc.org.
There is a three-year commitment if you are appointed/elected to the board.
